How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. In the U.S., hoodies arrive in 5 to 10 business days, including production. International orders usually take 10 to 20 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.90, and free on orders over $99. Express is $19.90. You'll see every option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email and text you a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also check it anytime in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Duties or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the customer unless they were collected at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hi@ohrude.com as fast as you can. Since everything is made to order, we can only change or cancel it before it goes into production.
Returns and exchanges
What's your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed and have tags on. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full refund policy
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
No. Sale and discounted items are final sale. That means anything with a crossed-out price and anything bought in a sale, promo or bundle deal. They can't be returned or exchanged. Please check the size guide before you order.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, for full-price items, free within 30 days. Email hi@ohrude.com with your order number and the size you want.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong.
We're sorry. Email hi@ohrude.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. This covers every order, including sale items.
Fit and sizing
How do the hoodies fit?
They're made oversized on purpose, with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder drape. Take your usual size for the oversized look. Size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements.
Do they shrink?
Heavyweight cotton-blend fleece can shrink slightly if washed hot or tumble-dried on high. Follow the care tips below and your fit stays the same.

What are they made of?
Our hoodies are 350 GSM heavyweight fleece, 70% cotton and 30% polyester, with a soft brushed interior.
How should I wash them?
- Turn inside out
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Don't iron over the print or use bleach
Will you restock sold-out designs?
Some drops come back, some don't. Follow @oh.rude and join our list to hear first.
